Microsoft updates the package Desktop Virtualization

Microsoft said on Friday that the package will update its popular Desktop Optimization Pack additional software developer after the successful purchase of virtualization technologies – private enterprise Kidaro. Kidaro The software enables users to run multiple versions of Windows and applications simultaneously, the need to open several sessions of virtual machines. Microsoft Corporation has made rebranding ON Kidaro, and now it is called Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization, which should go in the first half of 2009.

Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack, or MDOP is specifically designed to help IT administrators to manage multiple desktops Windows. It includes such components as: Application Virtualization, Asset Inventory Service, System Center Desktop Error Monitoring, Advanced Group Policy Management (APGM), as well as tools for diagnosis and rebuilding the entire system.
