Windows 7 will receive native support for virtual hard drives

On the basis of how little we know about the next version of Windows from Microsoft, this possibility seems very interesting. Microsoft Corporation employs a group of developers who will have to work hard to add native support for Windows 7 virtual hard disks (Virtual Hard Disks, VHD).
In Windows 7, the group will be responsible for the creation, installation, implementation of input-output, and the dismantling of virtual hard disks. With this technology will be possible to connect VHD on any Windows machine to produce the required autonomous maintenance, and then boot from the same VHD.

Microsoft: Vista user accounts are in need of refinement
Scott Czerny (Scott Charney), the head of one of the units of Microsoft, said this week that the custom control accounts (UAC) in the Windows Vista operating system is not intuitive to users. In his video interview, together with ZDNet.com.au at AusCERT 2008 conference, held this week, Czerny said that Microsoft must improve UAC.
“It is clear that much work must be done to improve the UAC, especially at the point where users get a lot of queries that they may not expect, and this is not a good example intuitively. If you give people a lot of queries in too many situations They simply will not be able to make a scheduled job, because all begin to click on a row – said Scott Czerny. He also said that messages that are displayed at the request of users, is also confusing them with somebody.
“We gave them dialogues and requests that do not help users make the right decisions as often as we would like. You can wandering on the internet, and suddenly see a warning that this site is no longer under the control of another site, or you may be transmit data to another site. What users should do with the information provided to them? “
